The Box will pretty much do it for you.
You have to set up an account at box.net.
Then, upload your beautiful .mp3.
Then right-click share, and there will be a dropdown menu that includes "Post to Blogger."
You'll have to add in your blogger username and password and it will appear as your next post. You can then go in and edit the post to add a comment or whatnot.
