So. I've been enjoying some linux action. You know. The replacement operating system for Windows.... but free.

Reasons to investigate Linux:

1. Microsoft is a big and nasty corporation.
2. It's free.
3. You can try it by running it off of a cd without changing anything on your computer, just restart the computer and you're running Windows.
4. If Windows locks up on you, like it did for my dad the other night, it's good to have a backup way to use the internet, salvage your files, etc.

Click here if your interested. You have to burn an iso file to a cd and then put in the cd to run Linux. Burning an iso file is a little tricky, but I'm sure you'll figure it out...
